Key Responsibilities:

* Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our electrical wholesale product range. Stay informed about industry trends and provide valuable insights to customers.
* Trade Counter Experience: Utilise your expertise in electrical, plumbing, or building materials to manage the trade counter efficiently. Assist customers with their purchases and provide technical information when necessary.
* Relationship Building: Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
* Delivering to customers when needed.
* Warehouse duties
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a trade counter role within the electrical, plumbing, or building materials industry.
* A valid driving license is essential for this role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
