We’re looking for an Internal Sales Executive to support our client in Staffordshire. The post is Permanent | Full-time | Onsite 5 days per week | £28-31K basic salary, depending on experience, plus monthly and annual commission if targets are met. About the Role We’re looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join a thriving commercial team, someone who loves picking up the phone, turning enquiries into opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service every step of the way. What You’ll Be Doing Connect: Reach out to prospective customers and build long-term relationships that deliver results. Grow: Manage an existing account base, nurture relationships, and increase sales across your portfolio. Convert : Create quotes, process orders, and respond to new web enquiries efficiently and professionally. Collaborate: Work closely with production, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery and accurate lead times. Develop: Seek out new opportunities, whether through new business, product expansion, or additional client sites. Contribute: Attend sales meetings, share insights, and be part of a team that celebrates success together. What We’re Looking For A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building rapport. Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail. Experience using CRM/Sage (or similar) is an advantage. Driven by results, motivated by targets, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
