Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting their sales operations and ensuring efficient and smooth office processes.

About The Role

Sales and Logistics Support:nProvide administrative support to the team, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.nAssist with orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.nAssist with procurement to handle purchase orders and liaise with suppliers.nAssist with the management of import and export processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.nMaintain and update records using Excel and other relevant software.nMonitor stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.nPrepare reports and analyse data to support strategic decision-making.nHandle enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.nCollaborate with various departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

General Administration:nAnswer phone calls, greet visitors, and handle mail.nManage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.nOrder and maintain office supplies and equipment.nOrganise and file documents, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and maintaining confidentiality.nInput and update information into databases and systems accurately.nAssist with invoicing, payroll processing, and budget tracking.nProvide administrative support to staff, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.nSupport special projects and assignments as directed by management.

About You

Skills and Qualifications:nPrevious experience in an administrative role, preferably within procurement or logistics environment.nStrong organisational and multitasking skills.nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.nAttention to detail and a high level of accuracy.nProblem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
