About: Besides its convenient location, Fletcher House is popular because we offer the highest standards of professional 24-hour care, either for short breaks or longer term care. Fletcher House offers 24-hour care, single rooms with nurse call, day, dementia, respite, and residential care, plus wifi, salon, and specialist dementia care. We are home to 57 residents who can enjoy a range of communal dining and lounge facilities, as well as bedrooms which are furnished to a high standard. Our new bedrooms have en-suite shower and toilet facilities, and those on the ground floor have patio doors leading to private patio areas and communal landscaped gardens. You'll be working from care plans, supporting residents through mealtimes, engaging in activities and providing companionship. Our Night Care Assistant pay rate of £12.95 per hour (£14.00 on weekends ) recognises the value of our team members.
