Salary up to £53,630 - 1 year fixed term contract
NonStop Social Care is currently working with an established Leading Children's Charity in Wolverhampton.
This charity has created a project specifically designed for care leavers to make sure they receive enough support and sustains for their emotional well-being and challenges through independence.
I am looking for a qualified psychologist for children's charity to work on this project together with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance the emotional health and well-being of the young people.
Responsibilities
The psychologist facilitate direct support to children looked after and care leavers. The role also involves working closely with a range of stakeholders, including, residential carers and social workers to ensure the well-being of children and young people in care.
You will support the implementation of the charity's therapeutic plan. You will also provide consultative support to staff to develop their therapeutically informed practice.
Requirements
Please apply if:
- you are qualified psychologist
- you have Clinical accreditation with BACP/UKCP/HCPC or other professional body.
- you have Training and experience in trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches to therapeutic practice.
