Syntech Recruitment are partnered with a business local to Farnborough who are on the lookout for Solderers/PCB Technicians. Small intricate soldering experience is required (IPC/under microscope etc)
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacture of Products:
Take a hands-on role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the production of both new and existing products meets quality standards.Product Development Support:
Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to new products before full-scale production, contributing to the smooth transition from conceptualisation to production.Experience in:
Soldering experience is ESSENTIAL.
General assembly processes.
Knowledge of new product introduction.
