Role: Dynamics Functional Consultant

Rate: £510 p/d Inside IR35

Location: 1 day per month in the South-West (Desired)

Duration: 6 months (potential for extension)


We are working in partnership with a well-known business who are looking for a Functional Dynamics Consultant with a deep understanding of Central Engagement and Field Services. Experience within F&O is advantageous.


Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis
  • Solution Design
  • Business Process Mapping
  • User Training
  • System Testing
  • Deployment and Go-Live:
  • System Support:
  • Solution Optimisation


Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a Functional Consultant role, with a focus on previous projects in Central Engagement (CE) and, ideally, Finance & Operations (F&O)
  • Great understanding of Field Services
  • Experience in end-to-end CRM/ERP Implementation
  • The ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into system configurations and features and providing knowledge through training others
  • An understanding of cloud infrastructure, databases, integration methods, reporting and analytics, active directory, ITIL, customer support and change management
  • Industry experience is not required but working in-house as a functional consultant would be beneficial
