Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to maximize performance and ensure consistent results.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within both existing and emerging markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to align sales objectives with the company's overall vision.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure the business remains competitive.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals, presentations, and bids.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the Facilities Management or a related sector.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .
  • Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership.
