This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, hard-working Operations Coordinator, who has experience Coordinating an Operation. Duties: FCL & LCL Ocean Imports Strong Ocean import knowledge. Complete customs entries end to end. Arrange collections from suppliers and monitor to arrival port/customer door (depending on terms). Complete all functions of the shipment process as instructed by customers and management. Reply to all customer requests immediately and in accordance with our Minimum Service Standards. Provide world class customer service and follow our service standards and communications guidelines to maximize customer satisfaction. You’ll be given full training on in-house computer system including communication internal and external. Understand Minimum Service Standards. Flexibility at times may be required due to volumes. Skills and experience: Resilient and strives to achieve the best results through determination, energy, and commitment. Knowledge of the freight industry Strong administration skills and IT proficiency (full training on systems will be given) Strong communication skills Good time management
