We are currently looking for a Facilities Coordinator to work on our clients high profile corporate site in Tower Hill. The position is reporting into the Facilities Manager on site while overseeing the soft services team including receptionists, facilities assistant, hospitality operatives and cleaners. The position is client facing so it is a requirement for the successful candidate to of had experience in a corporate environment liaising with the client.
The role is working on a temp to perm contract which entails working as a temporary worker for 12 weeks and then you will be taken on permanent by our client. It is working 8am-5pm on site from Monday to Friday on a salary of £32,000 per anum.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring smooth running of the building and develop strong working relationships with the client to ensure they receive a 5* facilities service
Overseeing a soft services team of receptionists, facilities assistant, hospitality staff and cleaners
Working closely and reporting into the facilities manager regarding ensuring SLA’s are reached
Arranging and organising for meeting and events
To ensure maximum optimisation of the client’s office space, project managing all office moves and department restructures throughout the customer’s property portfolio
Develop strong working relationships with the client and neighbours in order to liaise effectively with them
Raise and manage POs and customer invoices for the Facilities Budget
Act as customer’s Health and Safety Representative and champion safe working practices throughout the supporting and advising department heads in all H&S matter
Hands on duties such as moving furniture and assisting with office moves and events organisation
Required:
Experience working in a corporate environment within a facilities position
Experience working client facing
Excellent communication and customer service skills
IT Literate
IOSH (Not essential)
