Our client, based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, is seeking Machine Operatives to join their established team. With over 40 years in the industry, our client manufactures and converts film for various sectors, supplying throughout the UK and Europe. They are looking to enhance their production team and welcome applications from candidates with machine operating experience.

Shift Details:
* Shift Pattern: 2 days (6 am – 6 pm), 2 nights (6 pm – 6 am), followed by 4 days off.
* Shift Duration: 12 hours per shift, with occasional weekend rotations. This pattern offers extended downtime and the potential for longer breaks using fewer holiday shifts.
Main Duties:
* Follow verbal instructions and written job packs.
* Load machines with raw materials.
* Operate machines, monitoring quality, speed, and finished products.
* Ensure machines run at optimum efficiency.
* Pack products.
* Move goods around the site.
* Ensure products meet quality standards.
* Collaborate with the team to deliver products on time and in full.
Candidate Requirements:
* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
* Experience in operating machines.
* Competence in running machines at optimum efficiency.
* Capability to produce products to "Right First Time" manufacturing standards.
