Our client is looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to be based in North Manchester
This role is carrying out reactive maintenance surveys on different types of residential properties but will also involve undertaking disrepair surveys as well.
The contract is for 6 months
Pay is £30per hour - 37hrs per week
