Position Overview:
Associate Research Director to join a dynamic team, that will lead and mentor a talented team of researchers, manage diverse client accounts, and drive projects across thought leadership, brand performance, audience understanding and ad hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities:nLead and mentor a talented team of researchers, driving projects through exemplary leadership.nManaging diverse client accounts, providing high-quality insights across mainly quantitative and qualitative research projects.nCombining creativity and analytical thinking to identify new opportunities and drive team growth.
Requirements:nApproximately 6-7 years of proven experience in ad hoc, mixed methods, and quantitative research (with qualitative exposure).nExperience / interest within Thought leadership projectsnAt least 2 years of experience in management, including at least 2 direct reports.nDemonstrated experience in working with B2B clients.nPassion for helping and mentoring researchers to learn and develop.nAbility to derive insights from data and impart expert knowledge to produce high-quality outputs.nExcellent communication and account management skills with key clients.
