Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets at budgeted margins. Manage the sales funnel and ensure financial success through accurate reporting and forecasting.
Customer Engagement: Maximise product specification and sales. Provide excellent sales and technical support to both existing and new customers to meet annual sales goals.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage your team to maximise sales, utilising other resources as required.
Direct Customer Interaction: Manage sales, technical, tender, and specification-related issues directly with customers to maximise opportunities.
Process Improvement: Review and implement improvements to business processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Opportunity Management: Track, follow up, forecast, and close opportunities identified by your team.
Proposal Preparation: Produce comprehensive and compliant proposals by understanding ITTs and relevant market standards.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with constructors, architects, specifiers, engineers, and end clients.
Event Participation: Organise and attend exhibitions and events as agreed with senior management.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to senior management.Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales management within relevant markets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and technical support capabilities
Ability to handle multiple sales streams and projects simultaneously
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales pipeline management
Strong understanding of market and industry standards
