Qualifications:nProven experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving customer satisfaction.nMinimum of 1 year of experience as a people manager of a front-line team, demonstrating effective leadership and coaching skills.nExperience working in a fast-growth, startup environment, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to change quickly.nDemonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales and consistently deliver on new business targets.nProven experience in crafting complex commercial deals, negotiating terms, and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.nStrong knowledge of Salesforce Reporting and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with experience manipulating data to derive actionable insights and make informed business decisions.
