MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESnConsulting with medical teams to create new opportunities and to improve current services.nLiaising with clinicians to build relationships making the organisation their provider of choice.nDevelop new private service pathways to streamline and enhance existing services.nWork in partnership with the marketing teams to provide sound information and to assist with marketing strategies.nConsulting with the financial teams to support accurate billing and invoicing.nTo build relationships with Private medical insurance companies.nEnsuring appropriate line management of the private admin team.nEnsuring the development of staff and apprentices, investing your time in them in a structured plan/format.nEnsuring completion of staff appraisals/1-2-1 meetings.nUnderstanding and development of data to be used for reporting.nAssemble and maintain appropriate clinical reports.nSet and review quality standards with the Head of Patient Services.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEnEssential:nExperience and understanding of Private Medical Services.nExperience of leading a successful teamnKnowledge of private medical insurance
