Key Objectives:n• To be part of the initial project delivery team in order to architect the solution design and de-risk the project.n• Analysis of business requirements.n• Design and implementation of full solutions.n• Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.n• Coach and develop skills within a project team.n• Work effectively in mixed client and consultancy teams.nRole Competencies:n• Detailed knowledge of business requirements and solutions in their focus area (Technology, Industry or LOB).n• Mobilise and motivate a project team.n• Ability to organise and co-ordinate diverse groups in complex situations.n• Broad content experience across multiple lines of business.n• Broad technical appreciation – including ALL key SAP functionality and technology. With ability to rapidly assess new technology solutions.n• Lead functional / technical architecture in complex SAP and non-SAP environments.n• Support the Programme Director to develop phasing strategy, plans, benefits case, org structures, risks and issuesn• Manages design workshops on multiple area of expertise.n• Command the respect and confidence of other Solution Architects, Solution Directors and the Commercial Team.n• Ability to develop HCL Axon’s methods and tools and contribute to Solution Team strategy.nDelivery Excellence:n• Able to effectively manage a team of client team members.n• Understands delivery within a fixed price model and able to operate effectively within those constraints.n• Can take ownership of sub-plans for specific IBP’s and can plan own time to ensure project milestones are met.n• Able to take an issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiative, with little guidance.n• Identifies and escalates issues and risks within project structure.n• Can build strong relationships with consultants within the project.n• Able to receive feedback / coaching on performance from other members of the team positively.nClient Development:n• Can contribute technical or procedural sections to a simple proposal.n• Can identify and escalate business development opportunities.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Required:n• Extensive SAP implementation experience within the Asset Management line of business and cross modular experience PM/CS/QM/SD/PS/MM etc.n• Strong Maintenance Repair & Overhaul experience within asset intensive industriesn• Extensive SAP EAM/MRO implementation experience - with 6 project lifecycles.n• Experience in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA projectsn• Experience of implementing SAP solutions for the maintenance of assets in highly regulated environments.n• Track history of leadership.n• Knowledge of HCL iMRO solutionsn• Knowledge of other solutions supporting EAM (IAM etc.)
