BMSL require a Fire Marshall at a site in Waltham Cross.
Applicants must have a valid CSCS Card and Fire Marshall ticket.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive fire safety programs and policies.
* Conduct regular fire risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits of all company facilities.
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal fire safety regulations and codes.
* Develop and deliver fire safety training programs for employees, including fire drills and emergency response procedures.
* Investigate and document fire incidents, identify causes, and recommend corrective actions.
* Collaborate with local fire departments and emergency services to coordinate emergency response efforts.
* Maintain and inspect fire safety equipment, including alarms, extinguishers, sprinkler systems, and emergency lighting.
* Lead fire safety committee meetings and provide expert advice on fire safety issues.
* Prepare and present detailed reports on fire safety performance to senior management.
Pay rate is £13.15ph, 9.5hrs paid per day via umbrella or CIS. Long term work avaialble
