Supply Desk are seeking a Year R teaching assistant for a primary school in Romsey
Starting from September on a long-term contract
Hours: Full time
Pay: £75-£85 per day
Are you looking for a new role as a teaching assistant? Do you have experience working with children? Would you like to work in an Ofsted "Good" rated school?
Supply Desk are working with an Ofsted "Good" rated school where children feel happy safe and recognised for their individual strengths.
Job Description:
  • Desire to work in Year R
  • Working with small groups delivering interventions such as Reading, Maths Phonics and Literacy
  • Full time role with the opportunity of a permanent contract
  • Location: Southampton
  • Start Date: September 2024
  • Contract Length: Long Term - Potential to become permanent
  • Hours: Full time 08:00 - 15:00

Individual Profile:
  • A nurturing and caring nature
  • GCSE Maths and English to A- C grade
  • Experience of working with children/young people
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and proactive individual
  • Adaptable and sensitive when dealing with challenging situations
  • First Aid trained or be willing to be trained
