This firm are ranked highly in the Legal 500 and are top tier across many areas. They are a dynamic, forward thinking and commercially focusses practice that is completely multiservice.

Over the years they have attracted many Lawyers from Top 50 practices, who are seeking more in the way of work-life balance, but still want to deal with quality work.

The firm deal with an affluent and wealthy client base of individuals, on the business side the client base is broad, often making for a much more interesting caseload.

The practice punches above its weight and they have built a practice that appeals to clients who might otherwise send high-quality work to a London firm, the expertise that they offer makes them an attractive proposition.

They have grown year on year and are currently very busy, this role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

The role

The firm is seeking to hire an Employment Solicitor NQ – 2 years PQE into their Southampton, Hampshire office.

You will work as part of a highly-ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.

You will handle all forms of employment law issues for commercial and private clients and build and develop your own caseload with a commercial emphasis.

You will be expected to be able to handle matters including but not limited to; Employment Tribunals, TUPE, Covenant Disputes, data protection, amongst other elements. These specialisms would make for a very interesting and varied caseload.

This role will present an excellent level of exposure and offers great prospects for career progression.

RequirementsnYou will be an Employment Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of PQE)nYou will have a meticulous eye for detailnYou will have a good technical knowledgenGood communication skills are essential
