Our Douglas-based Accounting & TCSP Client are expanding its team to help manage an expanding customer base and organic workload growth. To support this, they are seeking an experienced Fiduciary Supervisor.
Working for the Trust Director, the Fiduciary Supervisor will be involved in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive a high standard of service at all times.

The ideal candidate for the role of Fiduciary Supervisor will have:
* Previous experience of managing both trusts and companies with varying asset classes
* Hold or be studying toward a relevant professional qualification
* Be organised with strong communication skills and have the ability to work to a high professional standard and as part of a team
* Experience in mentoring junior members of staff would be desirable
