Runner
We are hiring team members to support a variety of bespoke accommodation sites throughout the UK.
Each summer, we upgrade and prepare our locations ready for our residents. As part of the summer team, you will be assisting the on-site team get our vibrant and modern accommodation prepared and in great shape to welcome our students in September.
The Package.
Location: Manchester
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Working Pattern: Full and Part time available
Rate of Pay: £11.44
Duration: July - September
Flexible Scheduling - we will be offering a variety of shifts; you can work shifts that suit your requirements.
If you have a strong Customer Service background and are excited about working with our customers, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you
Here's a bit about the job.
Working as part of the dedicated on-site team to make sure the students who stay with us always feel at home
You will be assisting with the move-in and move-out process to ensure smooth running
Getting involved with all on-site teams to complete turnaround of the rooms and shared areas by working with housekeeping, maintenance, and front of house
Ensuring rooms and shared areas are clean, well-presented and have all the items they need
Logging maintenance requests, H&S hazards and stock requests as required.
As well as any other tasks that need to be completed onsite.

What are we looking for?
Experience:
People who are dedicated and passionate about customer service, and working with high attention to detail
You need to be hands-on and ready to get stuck into all kinds of tasks.
You will be on your feet a lot of the day and will be moving around the site throughout your shift
Able to work in a safe and compliant manner
