Senior Architect

Working alongside a supportive and friendly team, as the Senior Architect, you would be responsible for managing several projects from design stages to construction. The ideal candidate would have strong communication skills, previous cultural or conservation experience within the architectural industry and would be a designer who thrives working in a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:nLead technical and construction packagesnLiaise with stakeholders, clients and key public officialsnAbility to work on your own as well as being able to manage and delegate work efficientlynPrior experience in the preservation of listed buildings is beneficialnPrevious experience both leading the internal team as well as coordinating with external consultants and clients when working on intricacies of delivery on RIBA stages 4 and 5nGreat communication skills when collaborating with fellow architects within the company and delivering guidance to your teamnA strong understanding of UK building and planning regulations is necessary with prior experience in the UK being a must
Key Skills:nA relevant degree in Architecture is essential along with ARB registrationnExperience in Revit is essentialnProven experience working throughout all RIBA stagesnExcellent technical detailing and understandingnAt least 5 years experience post ARB registrationnAABC or RIBA SCA/CA accreditation is desirablenPrevious experience taking responsibility on financial success of projects and a good commercial understanding
