Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in overseeing projects within DNO (Distribution Network Operator) networks ranging from 33kV to 132kV? Key Responsibilities:nSupervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards for DNO networks between 33kV and 132kV.nLead and motivate site teams, including subcontractors and tradespeople, to achieve project objectives and deliverables within established timelines and budgets.nConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum and quality.nAssist in the coordination of resources, materials, and equipment required for site operations, optimising efficiency and productivity while minimising downtime.nCollaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate project requirements, address challenges, and ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:nProven experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in the electricity industry, with a focus on DNO networks between 33kV and 132kV.nSound knowledge of high voltage electrical systems, safety protocols, and construction practices relevant to DNO network projects.nStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and empower site teams to achieve project goals and objectives.nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts constructively.nDemonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges encountered during site operations.nRelevant qualifications or certifications in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field would be advantageous.
