Were now looking for compassionate, adaptable, and reliable Bank Support Workersto join our team on a casual basis, helping us deliver person-centred support when it's needed most. As a Bank Support Worker, youll be working directly with the people we support, helping them improve their quality of life, make informed decisions, and develop the skills they need to live more independently. Were looking for people who are passionate about making a difference and who genuinely care about others. You dont need to have loads of experience what matters most is your attitude, your willingness to learn, and your ability to support people with compassion and respect. As this is a flexible, casual role, we ask that youre adaptable and comfortable with a changing schedule, sometimes at short notice.
