An outstanding opportunity is immediately available for an experienced and talented Senior Architectural Technician to join a well established Architectural studio in Southampton. With an extensive history of delivering award-winning Residential led schemes, our client are going through a huge period of growth and an influx of new work in the Residential sector. This opportunity is ideal for any experienced Architectural Technicians who are looking to join a busy and thriving studio that offer a great work environment, flexible work and great benefits and remuneration package.
Package:
£45,000 p/annum (Dependent Upon Experience)

Duties:
Utilize strong experience in producing accurate technical drawings and documents for residential projects while adhering to the latest legislation.
Collaborate with colleagues to delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards
Act as a pivotal point of contact between clients, external stakeholders, and our team to facilitate smooth communication and project progression
Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit to streamline design processes and enhance project outcomes for residential developments
Proactively seek opportunities to enhance technical knowledge and skills
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of workflows and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in delivering upon projects 
Requirements:
Degree Qualified in Architecture or similar field (or equivalent qualification)
Expert user of Revit and AutoCad is a must
Familiarity with building regulations and standards applicable to large scale Residential developments
Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical documentation within the residential sector
A high- quality portfolio of previous work
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
