Our client, a busy and reputable housing developer, are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join their team in Exeter.
Day to day as a Sales Advisor:
* Speaking to potential customers
* Showing customers around show homes and plots on site
* Managing your busy diary
* Returning and making telephone calls throughout the day
* Working well with the rest of the team
* Speaking to Site Managers and Surveyors etc. daily
* Helping the process stay smooth throughout for the customer
* Dealing with queries
Requirements for the Sales Advisor role:
* Experience in a similar role with a house builder.
* Good knowledge of new build sales
* Excellent telephone manner
* Customer service experience
* Friendly and approachable
* UK driving license
* Available for weekend work
