An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Panel Saw Operator to join a well-established company based in Nelson.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Location: Nelson, Lancashire BB9
Salary: Competitive Salary, Depending on Experience.
About the Role:
The Panel Saw Operator will cut 18mm thick 8’ x 4’ panel sheets into required cutting patterns for items of wooden furniture, within our Nelson factory.
They would be required to work together with a college and to load the machine from our panel store with part or full packs of board materials.
Full training in our product lines, materials and CNC panel saw operation will be provided during the new employee’s induction period.
The successful applicant will work as a member of a team of 2 reporting to the production manager.
Skills & Experience:
* Good level of general manufacturing experience
* Competency in using Large Panel Saw
* Fork Lift Truck Licence
* Attention to detail
* Time management
* Having problem solving skills.
* Being able to work with a team member.
Hours of work: 39 hours per week
Monday to Thursday - 07:30hrs to 17:00hrs
Friday - 07:30hrs to 10:30hrs

On-site secure parking, Kitchen / rest room
