The Role:
Have excellent communication skills
Can work under pressure with good decision-making skills
Be of smart appearance
Have a professional and outgoing personality
Have good IT skills, including knowledge of Excel, Word, and e-mail
Always maintain confidentiality
Be flexible with your approach to workWhat we are Looking for:
Someone who wishes to unleash their sales potential
Maintain high standards of customer service and team member effectiveness
Adhere to and promoting the Company Values along with Company best practices
Develop and maintain relationships, internal and external customers
Resolving customer sales queries where needed by using a positive approach and putting yourself in the customer's shoes
Deal effectively and efficiently with sales leads
Monitor and help proactively resolve after sales complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
