Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Stratford - Immediate Start
An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Stratford. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office located near Stratford. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.
Hours of work
Monday - Friday / 10:00am - 19:00pm or 08:00am - 17:00pm 
£25 per hour Umbrella only 
Stratford 
Starting on Monday 2nd September 
Temo to Perm Requirements
City & Guilds / NVQ
NVQ in Mechanical
You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
An understanding of the following is essential: L8 Water treatment, Pumps, Air Handling units
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
Excellent customer skills
Need to be able to travel back home after finishing at 00:00am Mechanical duties:
Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
AHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
Pumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
Motors – PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)
Water treatment – dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing
Water pressurization units
Chlorifiers – annual inspection, descaling
Steam Plant
Condensers, Condenser Returns
Cooling towers
Softeners
Humidifiers
Hydraulics
Pneumatics
Boilers – re-sets
