Cross Asset StructurernWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cross Asset Structurer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the asset management structuring landscape, including UCIT platforms. This role involves collaborating with funds of funds, financial institutions, and discretionary wealth managers to develop innovative structured solutions.

Key Responsibilities:nProduct Structuring and Development:nDesign and develop cross-asset products tailored to the needs of funds of funds, financial institutions, and discretionary wealth managers.nEnsure products comply with regulatory standards and meet client investment objectives.nMarket Analysis and Strategy:nConduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the asset management structuring landscape.nDevelop and implement strategic plans to enhance product offerings and meet market demands.nClient Relationship Management:nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including funds of funds, financial institutions, and discretionary wealth managers.nProvide expert advice and tailored solutions to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.nCollaboration and Coordination:nWork closely with internal teams, including sales, trading, legal, and compliance, to ensure seamless product execution and delivery.nCoordinate with external partners and service providers to enhance product capabilities and distribution.nRegulatory and Compliance:nStay abreast of regulatory developments affecting the asset management and structuring landscape, particularly in relation to USIT platforms.nEnsure all structured products adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.nTechnical Expertise:nUtilize advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis to design and evaluate structured products.nLeverage in-depth knowledge of various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investments.
