Responsibilities :nManages a team of production employees and activities in assigned area to assure timely production in accordance with company policies and regulations.nDevelops and implements manufacturing schedules and procedures and allocates labor and capital resources to maximize productivity.nPlans and manages production line maintenance and downtimes to minimize disruptions to manufacturing schedules.nEnsures the effective use of materials, equipment and employees in producing quality products.nEvaluates and manages employees in assigned area; manages the labor pool and labor expenses within assigned areas.nFormulates and recommends manufacturing policies, procedures and programs.nPrepares documentation, reports and standard operating procedures as required.nProvides support and prioritization for process improvements.nEnsures budgets, schedules and performance requirements are met.

Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.nQualifications :nSubstantial manufacturing experience.nProven managerial experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or biological industry.nDemonstrated knowledge of GMPs and FDA requirements is required.nBachelor’s degree, or equivalent in related field, or equivalent vocational or technical education is preferred.nKnowledge and experience in Pharmaceutical and GMP manufacturing is preferred.
