Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic remote team. The primary goal of this role is to conduct outbound sales calls, sell to inbound customer inquiries, whilst being conscious about customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, can demonstrate their numbers to showcase this, understand sales cycles long or short, be used to and comfortable with making and taking a high amount of calls per day. A good history with a CRM software is most advantageous.


Career Advancements : This role is at it’s core a starting block for the right candidate to progress into our commercial department where you can progress into a more senior role, beyond this there is further development to move into our software sales department and get involved in high value sales with substantial rewards. We are building a very different type of solution and we need great people to help us achieve this.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers and provide timely and accurate information regarding our waste management services.
  • Conduct inbound sales calls and sell customers on our products and services to secure new business.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed and organised customer database using CRM software.
  • Follow through with clients and ensure a smooth delivery where necessary, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for business growth.


Soft Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and can showcase numbers to highlight performance.
  • A high level understanding of sales cycles long or short and should be able to discuss with us on a deep level
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work remotely on their own and as part of a team.
  • Highly proficient with technology and softwares, the whole business is powered with online tools and requires a high level of being able to navigate these.
  • Familiarity with the waste management industry is advantageous but not essential.


Hardware Requirements:

  • Own computer (minimum 8GB RAM, no more than 2 years old, with sufficient free disk space to run work applications).
  • Call centre style headset with microphone.
  • Dedicated fibre optic broadband line (not shared).
  • Home workstation with a quiet working environment.
  • Working webcam
  • Ability to perform role play scenarios during the interview process.


Hours

  • 8am - 5pm
  • Mon - Sat (2 days off per week - 5 day working week)


Compensation and Benefits:

  • £30,000 Competitive base salary to start with
  • OTE of £40,000
