My client is a reputable stonework contractor who are currently seeking an estimator with similar experience. They offer a wide range of services such of design & installation of cladding, tiling, restoration, and cleaning.
Projects span across high end residential, shopping centres, hotels, commercial offices and more
Estimator Job Role and Responsibilities:
* You will be a Estimator
* Projects range from £100k to £5m
* Pre-Tender site visits.
* Preparing reports
* Valuations
* Measuring
* Dealing with contractual matters
* Settling final accounts
Estimator Requirements:
* Previous experience as a estimator in the stonework sector
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic
* Ability to multitask and priorities workload
* Able to work under pressure on multiple projects
* Team player with a can-do attitude
* Competent with IT.
Estimator Salary:
* Salary of around c. £65,000 per annum plus package which will depend on the candidates previous experience.
