A groundworks and frames contractor, who have an excellent forward order book, are looking to expand their team in the London division. They are seeking a dynamic, swithced-on and highly ambitious Estimator. The successful candidate will be offered a strong career path which will lead to management level with the continued expansion of the company.
As the Estimator in this role, your duties will be (but not limited to) the following:
Ensuring that tenders are complete and submitted on time
Identifying client requirements and developing the best offer to meet them
Working with the designer on D&B contracts
Liaising with the commercial and the procurement department
Quantity take offs
Evaluating the programme requirements, developing methods of construction and suitable techniques to enable efficient cost-effective resource levels to win bidsWhat you will receive:

A degree or HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
