Roofing Estimator
Boyd Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Roofing Estimator or our client who are a Building and Civil Engineering Company.
Working closely with other members of the Roofing Management team, the successful Roofing Estimator should have a proven track record of pricing for commercial projects in the roofing industry.
The Job
Attend client meetings.

Work alongside Management to determine scope of works for estimating and tendering purposes.

Assisting in the completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires.

Provide written quotations.

Providing schedules of materials for delivery to sites to allow works to be carried out.

Liaise with Management team to identify additional works not allowed for in initial tenders and price/recover costs accordingly.
The Person
At least 5 years’ experience in the roofing industry.

Proficient in all aspects and types of industrial roofing and cladding systems.

Knowledge of single ply/ felt systems would also be an advantage.

Strong written and verbal communications, relationship-building, mathematical and IT skills.

Enthusiastic, approachable, and creative personality.

Able to approach challenges constructively and work with others to give the best possible customer service.
