You will be required to assist in leak detection activities. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday with flexible working hours.The Trainee Field Technician Job requirements:Using supplied technology, record acoustic sound files across a water distribution network using digital equipmentWorking independently within urban/suburban environmentsAdhere to performance indicators set out but the clientLiaising with supervisorsWork to achieve targetsThis is a manual job which may involve lifting, stretching and bending and experience of driving long hours is beneficialTrainee Field Technician skill and experience beneficial to this role:Used to working outdoors and interacting with members of the publicSelf-motivated individual with an eye for detail and a focus on customer service and teamworkA full clean UK driving licenceAbility to prioritise a variety of tasksExcellent communication skillsWater Hygiene, Street works and Manual handling accreditation full training will be providedThe successful Field Technician must possess:Excellent communication and customer service skillsA full UK manual Driving Licence as a vehicle and fuel card will be provided for work purposesTrainee Field Technician benefits include:Flexible working hoursCompany vehicle and fuel cardFull trainingThis is an amazing opportunity to get into the water industry.
