Must have experience in conference, banqueting and events
Previous kitchen experience is required
Supporting the Head Chef in daily duties and running the kitchen in their absence
Menu development, stock management, creative flair and experience working with fresh food 
Ensuring that high standards are consistently adhered to 
Working closely with the kitchen team to deliver excellent food and fantastic service
Must lead by example and be proud to be part of a strong kitchen team
Must possess strong communication skills
Passion for excellent, fresh food
