As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the financial management of there residential development projects. You will be responsible for cost estimation, tendering, cost control, contract administration, and value engineering to ensure the successful delivery of our developments on time and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company while working on innovative residential projects in one of London's most desirable areas.nKey Responsibilities:nPrepare accurate cost estimates for residential development projects, including materials, labour, and other expenses.nDevelop and evaluate tender documents, analyse bids, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.nMonitor project costs throughout the construction phase, identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing variations to the budget.nAdminister contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, including processing payments and resolving disputes.nCollaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.nConduct value engineering exercises to optimise project value while maintaining quality standards.nAssess and mitigate risks to the project's budget and schedule through proactive risk management strategies.nPrepare final accounts and documentation at project completion, reconciling actual costs with the initial budget.nQualifications and Skills:nBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.nProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the residential development sector, preferably in London or the surrounding area.nStrong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and cost estimation techniques.nExcellent analytic and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and financial information.nEffective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.nProficiency in industry-standard software for quantity surveying and cost management.nMembership or working towards membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is desirable.nBenefits:nCompetitive salary package commensurate with experience.nOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.nCollaborative and supportive work environment.nExposure to exciting residential development projects in West London.nHealth and wellness benefits.nPension scheme.nHow to Apply:
