What you will do:
• Submitting Liquidity, FINREP and COREP returns in an accurate and timely manner
• Managing returns including, LCR ratio, PRA 110, NSFR, Asset encumbrance, credit risk, leverage ratio, and FINREP requirements
• Developing reconciliation processes and sign-off procedures for major returns
• Enhancing controls and efficiencies in reporting procedures
• Integrating new products into existing regulatory data
• Assisting in automating existing reports into 3rd party software, e.g. Moody's

What you will need:
• Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
• Previously held a Regulatory Reporting role within a financial services organisation
• Strong experience producing Liquidity Returns and knowledge of FINREP & COREP is desirable
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills, combined with proactive behaviours and attention to detail
• Analytical skills to reconcile data, produce and explain reports to leaders across the Bank
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA or equivalent
