Role Specification:

  • Regular cleaning of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other public areas.
  • Disinfecting high-touch surfaces and equipment.
  • Emptying trash bins, replacing liners, and ensuring proper disposal of waste.
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining the cleanliness of floors.
  • Replenishing restroom supplies, including toilet paper, soap, and hand towels.
  • Notifying management of any maintenance issues or safety hazards.

Person Specification:

Essential

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and handle cleaning equipment.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Shift Patterns:

  • 40 hours per week
  • 5 days out of 7 per week
  • Typical shift pattern: 7am - 3.30pm
