As a key player in the maintenance team, your role will be integral to the plant's success. You will undertake both proactive and reactive maintenance tasks, collaborating with fellow engineers across a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, encompassing both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities of this Maintenance Engineer role:
Deliver exceptional electrical engineering support to the production unit, minimising downtime.
Execute preventative maintenance with diligence and foresight.
Manage spare parts effectively, balancing cost-efficiency with operational readiness.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Mentor apprentices and trainees, fostering a culture of learning and development.
Uphold the highest standards of safety, proactively addressing potential risks. Qualifications and Experience required for this Maintenance Engineer's role:
A recognised engineering apprenticeship (NVQ, BTEC, or C&G) is essential.
A multi-skilled background with a strong electrical focus.
Familiarity with Siemens S7 and ELAU controls will be considered an advantage.
