Finance Transformation Director – Dynamics 365 F&O Lead Enterprise-Scale, End-to-End ERP Transformation Permanent - Hybrid Must be based in the UK (Eligible for SC Clearance) Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex D365 F&O ERP implementations across global enterprise clients. Establish and run delivery governance, PMO structures, programme controls, and quality frameworks. Oversee cross-functional teams including functional consultants, solution leads, architects, developers, testing, and change management. Partner with C-suite stakeholders to define scope, roadmap, risk management, and delivery strategy. Ensure delivery excellence, financial performance, resource planning, and customer satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement across delivery methodology, project standards, and Microsoft FastTrack alignment. Support pre-sales activities, scoping, estimations, and enterprise solution planning. Skills & Experience Required Extensive experience delivering large-scale, full lifecycle ERP programmes (£5m–£20m+) within enterprise environments. Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations , including finance, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, and integrations. Proven track record in programme governance , leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, and executive stakeholder management. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and contractual obligations. Experience working within a Microsoft Partner or large consulting organisation is highly desirable. Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and delivery assurance skills.
