About the Role
As a Demand Planner, you will manage short- and long-term demand plans to ensure accuracy and efficiency across the business. Key Responsibilities
* Forecasting & Planning: Develop and manage accurate demand plans, using both short- and long-term forecasting techniques.
* Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with teams across departments, gathering insights to refine and enhance demand forecasts.
* Event-Specific Planning: Create tailored forecasts for specific events, seasonal trends, and promotional activities to meet changing demand.
* Stakeholder Communication: Present demand forecasts clearly and effectively, providing insights that support strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience: Proven experience in a demand planning role, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing.
* Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with various departments, facilitating communication and alignment.
* Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in demand forecasting.
