Regional Finance Business Partner within our local support team.
This position presents an excellent opportunity to join our team in a senior capacity, working with a global audience of stakeholders. Additionally, it offers the potential for growth within an international company.
The key responsibilities of the Regional FBP are to effectively translate strategic goals into financial plans, manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, ensuring financial controls and compliance. To provide valuable financial insights to support business decisions and foster collaboration across the team. To demonstrate leadership, manage and develop their team, and continuously improve their finance knowledge and skills. The key to the role is to drive financial success and contribute to the overall strategy of the organisation.

What are the day-to-day tasks?
Be a member of the regional leadership teamnProvide guidance and counsel to decision-makersnProve an ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights and recommendationsnManage, coach and develop direct reports (Finance Business Partner), ensuring clarity in the role and responsibilitiesnSet annual objectives aligned to regional and function strategic objectives with regular monitoring and feedbacknCollaborate with business leaders to identify and refine plans and financial goalsnTranslate the organisation’s overall strategy into actionable financial plans and assist with their communication to relevant stakeholders, including Business Managers and Sales Directors cohortnAssist in developing and implementing a bottom-up business plan, with the objective of bridging the overarching strategic plannGenerate and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports, identifying insights into sales patterns, areas of improvements and acceleration.nCollaborate with senior management stakeholders, providing support and challenging assumptionsnLead budgeting and re-forecasting process across the region, ensuring that budget targets are met, and plans are recalibrated where necessary.nConduct ad-hoc scenario planning, produce and communicate regional competitor and market insightsnReview monthly accounts and variance analysis produced by management accountants.nComplete monthly and quarterly results packsnIdentify cost-saving opportunities and collaborate with business units to optimise expenses whilst maintaining operational efficiency.nProvide financial analysis and investment appraisals across the Region, including costs, return and payback across all regional projectsnProvide control and governance to commercial opportunities with a view on cash outlaynWork Collaboratively with Group Reward on target and Growth incentive plans settingnCollaborate with the wider regional finance team in providing insight on sales targeting, sales-incentives and performance
What skills and knowledge are we looking for?
Experience within Staffing or Professional Services is highly desirablenPrior Experience in a similar role within a global organisationnExperience working collaboratively with senior stakeholder and in a cross-functional teamsnDemonstrates an advanced understanding of sales commercials and the impact on financial indicatorsnExperience with UK Tax desirable but not essentialnComfortable working with qualitative and quantitative data
Qualifications:
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or Qualified by Experience essentialnBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field desirable
