Tradition is currently seeking to appoint a HR Systems Analyst to be based within the London office.

Main responsibilities within the HR Systems Analyst position include:nMaintaining and updating the HR system according to business needs, improving efficiency where possible.nProviding technical support and training to the HR team and end user.nTroubleshooting and resolving any system errors.nEnsuring that all data is accurate and compliant.nCreating and running various data reports for the HR team and senior management.nDeveloping and documenting system processes, policies and procedures.nCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the system continues to improve.nEvaluating and recommending new features and upgrades to improve the HR systems functionality and performance.nWorking closely with stakeholders to test and validate system updates.nInputting staff data into the system where required.

Key skills, experience and competencies required to be successful in this role:

Previous experience within a HR systems analyst/support position.nSQL experience desirable.nOpen HR experience is advantageous.nGood knowledge of database development procedures and best practice.nExcellent analytical skills.nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.nExcellent inter-personal and communication skills.nGood organisational skills.nAbility to perform in a high pressure environment.
