I am seeking a dynamic Support Manager to lead and provide exceptional care for a service in Thame, Oxford that supports adults with leaning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
Develop care plans and risk assessments tailored to individual needs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
Maintain effective communication with service users, their families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards
Proven experience in a managerial role within a learning disability setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
