Job Title: KS2 Teacher with Strong Behaviour Management Skills

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced KS2 Teacher to join our passionate team.
Role Description: We are looking for a KS2 Teacher with 3-4 years of experience who excels in behaviour management. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating a positive learning environment, managing classroom behaviour effectively, and fostering a culture of respect and engagement among students. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic teacher who can start trial sessions next week, with the potential for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of KS2 students.
* Implement strong behaviour management strategies to maintain a safe and conducive learning environment.
* Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support students' learning and development.
* Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* 3-4 years of teaching experience, preferably in KS2.
* Proven ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
* Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
Desirable Attributes:
* Experience working in a diverse and multicultural school environment.
* Additional qualifications or training in behaviour management.
* Passion for continuous professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
This position is not currently accepting ECT.
Interviews and Trial Sessions: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews and trial teaching sessions starting next week.
