Estate Agency - An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within a thriving and busy sales environment. Salary is competitive and based on experience. Working Monday to Friday (8.45am - 5.30pm) and rostered Saturdays.
Sales experience essential.
Main responsibilities:
* Assisting in Residential Sales
* Obtaining, collating and editing all marketing information for property listings, including photographs, video footage, floorplans and property descriptions
* Booking and conducting property viewings
* Making and receiving telephone calls
* Booking valuation appointments
* Social Media advertising
* Assisting with the administration within the office
The Perfect Candidate should be (or possess):
* Creative and have a flair for photography
* Excellent written and computer skills
* Confident speaking to customers on the phone and in person
* Work well under pressure, and with own initiative
* A high enthusiasm to achieve
* Local knowledge highly desirable
* Hold a full and valid UK drivers licence
* A fun and enthusiastic yet professional attitude
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Problem solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 41.25 per week
