Key Responsibilities:
Subject Matter Expertise : Lead as the expert on security operations technologies, enhancing identity governance and privileged access management processes.nIncident Management : Oversee the full lifecycle of security incidents, especially during high-priority investigations. Ensure outcomes align with business priorities and policies, and disseminate lessons learned effectively.nCollaboration : Work closely with team members, including the Vulnerability Specialist, Product Owner, and Product Architect, to drive forward the Operations Centre function within Cyber Security.nCommunity Building : Cultivate a strong community among inter-departmental security operations teams and product groups.nConsultation and Implementation : Partner with Cyber Security colleagues and project teams to design and implement new enterprise security products, services, policies, and procedures.nCoaching and Mentoring : Provide coaching and guidance to the Digital Technology & Innovation (DTI) Product Groups and the wider DTI Security community.

Incident Management : Proven expertise in cyber security incident management.nFramework Knowledge : Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.nSecurity Operations : Experience with virtual security operations centers.
Essential Criteria:
Security Clearance : Willingness and ability to obtain SC (Security Clearance).nCertifications : CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).nFramework Understanding : Strong understanding of security frameworks such as NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) and CIS (Center for Internet Security).nTechnical Expertise : Comprehensive technical security knowledge and familiarity with relevant technical architectures, environments, platforms, and business practices.nIncident Management Proficiency : Extensive experience with security incident management principles, tools, processes, and procedures.nCoaching Skills : Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others to improve their security knowledge and skills.
